AI in Biotech: Great Hope or Great Hype?

If you believe numerous reports, expert lectures and newspaper articles, AI is the holy grail of biotechnology. Others are a little more sober and say, hey, big deal, we’ve been doing this for a long time, it’s called computational biology. How much more can we expect from the combination of AI and biotech? Who will benefit most?
