CROss Alliance^® is a regional, family-owned clinical CRO based in Canton Ticino, Switzerland, operating since 1996. CROSS owns a high standard, Phase I unit (FDA & Swissmedic inspected) for healthy volunteer studies, the oldest private facility active in Switzerland.

For high-risk, hospital-based studies, CROSS has maintained a close collaboration with the Medical University of Vienna for more than two decades. Additionally, for PoC and Phase II studies, strategic partnerships across Central and Eastern Europe have been established.

Beyond the setup and conduct of Phase I BA/BE studies, our main areas of expertise include Anaesthesiology, Gastroenterology, Fertility, Gynaecology, Pain, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Rare Diseases, and some other therapeutic fields.
